Balms: Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before use. Use the spatula to apply a liberal amount to your face and body after showering to lock in moisture and create a slight shimmer. For your face, apply a smaller amount based on hydration needs. Alternatively, scoop out chilled balm, warm it in your hands, and then apply. For optimal results, use after completing your Face and Neck Plaster routine and Apple Cider Mignonette Vitamin C Accelerator to maximize nutrient absorption and create a protective barrier.

Body Polish: Use during your shower or bath. For a gentle exfoliation, apply to wet skin and massage in circular motions. For a more vigorous scrub, apply to dry skin using the same motion. Allow the nutrients to be absorbed, then rinse thoroughly. Follow up with Morning or Evening Face & Body Balms for lasting hydration.

Compote: Apply to dry scalp and hair while in the shower or bath. Leave in for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with your usual shampoo and conditioner routine for best results.
